Nikki entered her first rodeo at age 11. She was the Pierce County Fair Queen and has appeared as a trick rider, rodeo rider and stunt performer on horseback in many live arena shows and in over 100 films and commercials. She is also the creator of the board game Championship Rodeo Circuit.

Nikki performs as Calamity Jane, Minnie Pearl and Anne Oakley in and out of the arena, and was hired by the Happy Trails Foundation to portray Dale Evans for "A Tribute to Roy Rogers".

Nikki is a singer and songwriter. Her song, "I Fell into a T-Rex Dinosaur Pit", is on her first CD. Nikki lends herself to many charity fundraisers such as:

Nikki performs annually at the Big Irish Fair as their official Storyteller. Nikki continues film work as an actress, horse wrangler and rider, costume designer and producer. Nikki is the Hollywood Cowgirl!

Nikki knows Western periods like the back of her hand. She has worked on so many Western movies as a Horse Wrangler that she was put in charge of the wardrobe department because of her knowledge and ability to dress Westerns. She has dressed 1850's to 1890's to turn of the century, and 1910 to 1940 too. She has dressed for many Western commercials and documentaries, Spanish Missions, Native Americans, Early Man (14,000 BC to 5000 BC), Modern Day, and Sci-fi Alien films as well. She is truly a girl that can do anything.
